Assistance to Local Government Units
promotes technology-based enterprise development in the countryside by increasing accessibility of commercially-viable technologies to the rural areas  [Technology Application and Promotion Institute (TAPI) of the Department of Science and Technology]
Programs on Agriculture
government programs to strengthen the agriculture and fishery sectors through modernization, greater participation of small-holders (or small stakeholders), food security and food self-sufficiency, private sector participation and people empowerment    [Department of Agriculture (DA)]
Central Cordillera Agricultural Programme
aims are to increase the people’s food security and income, and to strengthen community organisations in 248 rural communities (barangays) of 25 municipalities of the four provinces of Ifugao, Mountain, Kalinga and Abra and their capability for natural resource management.
Coastal Resource Management Project (CRMP)
project which provides technical assistance and training to local governments and communities in
coastal resource management   [Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in partnership with the Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources  (DA-BFAR), the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG)]
New Renewable Energy Program
under the NRE Program of the Department of Energy (DOE), energy will be a prime pusher for the socio -economic development of rural communities, particularly of those who are still without electricity
Rural Electrification Program
enhancing the quality of life of Filipinos, especially those in the rural areas by providing them with adequate and sustainable energy services which would increase their opportunities to engage in livelihood and income-generating activities [Department of Energy (DOE)]
Energy Conservation Program
promotes judicious conservation and efficient utilization of energy resources thereby adopting the most cost-effective options toward the wiser and efficient use of energy    [Department of Energy (DOE)]
Rural Electrification Program
This government program of the Department of Energy (DOE) to enhance the quality of life of Filipinos, especially those in the rural areas by providing them with adequate and sustainable energy services which would increase their opportunities to engage in livelihood and income-generating activities.
