|Wealth Accounting and Valuation of Ecosystem Services (WAVES) Project||A 5-year WB global partnership program wherein Philippines is one of the 6 pilot countries. |Executive Order Institutionalizing and Implementing reforms in the Mining Sector||The proposed EO is an initiative by the Mining Sector Group (MSG), which aims to assess the status of the mining sector and provide clear direction and harmonize conflicting laws and policies.
Proposed provisions of the EO still need further review and incorporate other considerations to form part of the assessment.

|National Integrated Coastal Management Program||Pursuant to the provision of EO 533 s.2006, the DENR will lead the formulation of the National ICM Program. Preparation is on-going and a presentation to the PCSD can be requested.|
|House Bills on Environmental Impact Assessment||HB No.8. An Act to Establish the Philippine Environmental Assessment System, and for other Purposes (Philippine Environmental Assessment Act of 2010). The bill seeks to achieve a balance among environmental protection, human health and socio-economic developments and improves on the existing system by establishing the Environmental Assessment System (EAS) which shall cover Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA).
HB 3836. An Act to Enhance the Philippine EIA System, to Strengthen Public Participation therein, and for Related Purposes (EIA Act of 2010). The bill aims to strengthen the Philippine environmental assessment law, consolidate the laws and put the system into a singular legislative framework with Congressional fiat. It will provide penalties and remedies for violations and non-compliance and strengthen public participation and social acceptability requirements.
